Eli Roth is not a good director in any way. Both Hostel and Hostel Part 2 have "rotten" reviews on Rottentomatoes. The acting in his movies is horrendous. The camera angles are decent at best. The only reason he's even famous is because he does shock value. It doesn't "take balls" to watch
his movies. Maybe if you're a pussy. Try watching Gaspar Noe's film "Irreversible". That movie makes Hostel looks like fucking Sesame Street.
